Anne Ruth, nee Horn, Glendinning, 76, of London and Southern Pines, died at peace after a brief illness, Monday, Oct. 1, 2012.
Mrs. Glendinning was the founder and principal of London’s Masterpack Ltd., a firm which specialized in the shipment of art and antiques throughout the world. She was a director of the Japan Society in the United Kingdom and was a patron of many causes in both her homeland and in the United States.
Anne was preceded in death by her husband, James G. Glendinning, OBE, and her longtime companion, Lt. Col. Earl M. Dugan, USAF (Ret.). Anne was a dear friend to many, and she will be missed by all who loved her, but we trust her spirit will dwell with all she touched.
